Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by CityChoice Salina Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
CityChoice Salina Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Concrete driveways and patios
- Foundation and slab work
- Stamped and decorative concrete
- Concrete repair and replacement
- Sidewalks and walkways
- Commercial concrete services
- Retaining walls and masonry
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information you give us and our initial site inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed. We will discuss any changes with you before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we strive to meet these timelines, factors beyond our control like weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues may affect the schedule. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth project, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
- Ensure clear access to the work area
- Secure any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals
- Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety
- Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
Warranty
We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. The specific terms and duration of your warranty will be outlined in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement. If work has already begun or materials have been ordered, you may be responsible for costs already incurred.
Limitation of Liability
CityChoice Salina Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work together to find a solution. If we cannot resolve the issue, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
